We leverage on our close associations with Indonesian law firms, tax advisory firms and professional advisors to assist Singapore companies, Singapore-based multi-national corporations and investors to navigate through the various investment options in and customise their investment structures for Indonesia.

Additionally, we also advise Indonesia-based corporations and Indonesian family-led businesses in their Singapore investments and business contracts which are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Due to our Indonesian language capabilities and cultural awareness, we aim to provide better understanding and clearer solutions for our Indonesian Desk clients.

We handle the full range of landlord and tenancy matters in Singapore including drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements, lease renewals, recovery of rental arrears, reinstatement claims, forfeiture claims and claims relating to “diplomatic clauses” in lease agreements. We have also advised clients on novation of tenancies where the landlord has sold the property subject to tenancy.

We act for the acquiring company, the vendor company, the target company and other stakeholders.

Our work includes advising on the structure for the transaction after understanding the business objectives of the parties and after taking into account legal implications which may arise from the transaction.
