Valensea Law LLC was founded in November 2014 when Mr Winston Tan started his own practice after 17 years of accumulated legal practice in both Malaysia and Singapore.

The name “Valensea” is a combination of the Latin word Valen (meaning strong) and SEA (meaning Southeast Asia, represented by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (“ASEAN”)). With vibrant economic growth and a community of 623 million people, Southeast Asia is seeing increasing economic integration, intra-ASEAN investments and ASEAN-wide cross border deals.

“Valensea” reflects our aspiration and our commitment to build a strong network of collaborative Pan-ASEAN law firms, with a focus on providing seamless legal services to clients in this growing region.

We have delivered legal solutions to our clients by leveraging on our close working relationships with law firms from Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
